  I can only give 2 stars at the moment but if things get better, I'll adjust this review. My son has had tons of dental work done and now he's ready for braces. Our consultation was great! Jessica was amazing. Great attitude, super helpful and informative, and so very nice! Dr. Corbridge was great as well. If I only dealt with them, they'd have a 5 star review no doubt! However....
  
  On his first visit to get his braces put on, things crumbled. They never gave a reminder call and for 3 weeks I had his appt written down as 1145. (we live 4 hours away) luckily we got there early Only to be told we are late. Out appt was supposedly 1045. (a reminder call could have prevented the mix up) thankfully they were able to keep the appt.
  Jessica was wonderful yet again! ( so thankful for her!)
  
  Erica, the ortho assistant, never introduced herself. Not an ounce of friendliness and was quite rude the whole time. My son is 7, never had braces, and does well at the dentist. She kept rudely telling him to put his hands down. She never tried to comfort him or put his mind at ease. He was so nervous to get braces he cried in the parking lot. She was an awful choice for a kids first time!!
  
  Dr. Corbridge wasn't there and we had a different ortho. He also never introduced himself. A little unprofessional compared to what I'm use to. Super nice guy tho! ( whoever he is!) He tried to crack some jokes to lessen the tension so I appreciate that!
  
  Fast forward to today. It's day 4 with his braces. He's only been able to eat mashed potatoes and soup due to pain. He's only got 4 brackets on his front teeth but spacers on both top and bottom. He's loaded with hardware. He calls me today from school saying he lost a bracket! Hmm... You sure son? Those don't just fall off! Sure enough, one of the brackets fell off while he was brushing his teeth. The end one to make it worse. So his wire is hanging in his mouth. I call the office, closed for training. Call the emergency number, no answer. Luckily I got a call back but they are closed tomorrow too! She tells us to wait until Monday and just put wax on it! What??? The most absurd advice.
  
  So currently I'm not very happy with their services. A bracket shouldn't be falling off 3 days after its put on. Especially when he hasnt even had the chance to eat something hard or sticky to cause it. He brushed his teeth and it came clean off!!!
  
  I hope they fix this situation and hopefully nothing else like this happens. The price of braces is way too expensive for things to be falling off 3 days later! I'm very disappointed but optimistic things will get better once we see Dr. Corbridge again!
