Do not go here!! This was the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. They have you pay up front because TMJ is on the fringe of medical and dental, so good luck getting your insurance to cover it. Well, I was lucky and mine did. But, they refuse to give me my money back. They said that it is a courtesy that they even bill out to insurance at all. The check is going to them, but they won’t except it because I already paid up front, and they won’t accept the contracted rate payed by insurance. She said “they don’t change prices for their services for in-network coverage.” So, even if I can get my insurance to write me the check instead of them, I’m still out over a hundred dollars when my EOB said my only responsibility is thirty five. This type of behavior is inexcusable! Not only this, but the doctor said my TMJ is coming from my leg length discrepancy, and I do have one, but not the leg he said it is. And I’m sorry, but he’s a dentist trying to put me into a leg lift. Unbelievable! Do not go and see this practice.
